WEA and WFT bargainers who have successfully bargained strong contract
language for Part-Time Faculty will lead sessions on:

• Governance
• Salary and Benefits
• Part-Time salary schedules and increments
• Sick leave
• Job seniority/security
• Strengthening Locals’ Bargaining position
• Building part-time membership
• Recruiting for negotiations and leadership
• Defining issues for bargaining
• Uniting full-time and part-time interests
• Mobilizing local support (trustees, community members)
